How to reach Słońsk?
By car - Słońsk is situated near main road no. 22:
- 15 km from Kostrzyn nad Odrą,
- 50 km from Gorzów Wlkp.,
- 120 km from Zielona Góra,
- 120 km from Szczecin,
- 160 km from Poznań.
By bus PKS (unfortunately, only a few per day):
- from Gorzów Wlkp.,
- from Kostrzyn nad Odrą.
By train - there are direct trains to Kostrzyn nad Odrą from:
- Gorzów Wlkp.,
- Zielona Góra,
- Szczecin,
- Wrocław,
- Berlin.
You can take a taxi from Kostrzyn or we can give you a lift.
How to reach our house near Stacja Pomp?
The Pomp Station (Stacja Pomp) is about 2 km from the outskirts of Slonsk. You should go at the roundabout in the center of Słonsk into Głuchowo direction. When you reach the church, turn right and go across the bridge. Directly opposite you will see two arrows marked tourist trails, red and yellow. Turn right and after approx. 150 m turn left follow the yellow arrow- Szlak derkacza. After approx. 200 m you will pass the compact buildings in the village and go straight ahead a country road among meadows and bushes. When you have reached a bridge, go along a dike - yellow trail - more or less perpendicular to the river. After 1 km you will see the building of the pomp station and farther a two-floor, yellow house.
